Hi, I’m Lisa Silvani
I'm a medical doctor and practice Anti Aging, Functional Medicine and Integrative Medicine.
I treat and make a health plan for my patients, I look at genetics, lifestyle, and environment before planning the best ways for them to get back on their health. It's not a one size fits all type of treatment, it's a personalized medicine.

I know I have problems with sugar. My blood sugar is always on the high level but not too high that I never feel that it's a problem. But since I get tired easily, I have been told to reduce my blood sugar level! It wasn't easy since I don't generally eat sweets so I don't know where to start. This course taught me a lot about sugar and how to actively balance it even when you think you're eating none of that. ♡

I crave sweet almost all the time. I have good sugar metabolism,  guess, since I don't have problem with blood sugar. I also maintain stable weight and never have obesity. But I do have problem with cholesterol level and that what made doctor asked me to reduce my sugar intake. It's hard since I always like this from a young age. This is a relative short challenge, so when the challenge is over, you will already see changes. However, to make the changes brings in the result, the commitment to follow through with the new lifestyle need more time, sometimes weeks or months for the desired result to last.

Yes. You can ask questions in the provided sections. I will answer questions weekly and post them inside the challenge.

Will I get any updates for this challenge?

Yes. Everytime I make an update to this challenge, which I certainly will do, every current or previous participants will also get them.

Do I need to buty specific food or tools to do this challenge?

Although there are some types of foods and or supplement that I will recommend for you to consume, most of them are easily accessible in the market or store almost everywhere. Then again, some are not even mandatory to get the result.
