RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns (Physical Products)
You have 15 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (Digital Products)
All the digital products that are purchased in LisaSilvani.com has their own Refund's policy that can be seen in the product's page or your invoice. Below is the most purchased products in LisaSilvani.com and their Refund's policy:
1. 1on1 Consultation : For private consultation, there is no refund policy for any reason. However, you may opt in for cancellation prior to 7 (SEVEN) days before consultation day.
2. Workshop : Workshops, either Live or On Demand is not backed up by Refund.
3. Courses : Several courses will be backed up by Refund policy which will be stated in the product's pages.
4. Membership : There is no refund for any purchased membership. However, for any membership, you can opt in for cancellation. This will be apply for the next billable month in your membership program.
5. Group Program : All group program are backed up by Refund and Cancellation policy
If your purchase is backed up with refund policy, you may apply a refund within the Refund's Calendar Days. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
